CitiBike was the first bike share program in the United States. I helped launch it, writing 40 of 52 outdoor units around New York City’s five boroughs. The copy I wrote informed the entire initiative and gave it an authentic voice that captured the street smart attitude of the city and how easy it is to discover on a CitiBike.
